Dancing Mad (妖星乱舞)

by wfgodbold

Final Fantasy VI, the last of the series to be published on the Super Nintendo, is one of the most popular JRPGs of all time.

Dancing Mad plays during the final boss battle; while Kefka shifts from form to form, cackling madly all the while, the player fights while listening to one of the longest music tracks in gaming (the in-game track is ~18 minutes long).

Nobuo Uematsu arranged it for the first album released by The Black Mages; what better treatment could a final boss theme get than to be rerecorded as instrumental metal?
